The incident dates back to June 19, when a pregnant woman, traveling on a motorcycle with her husband, was fatally hit by a bus.

Police concluded that the motorist fell off their bike after colliding with a suddenly opened door of a parked car. Unfortunately, the RTC bus coming from behind hit the woman, leading to her unfortunate death.

The angered witnesses allegedly assaulted the bus driver and filed a complaint against him.

But after investigating the case, the police filed a case against the assaulters and not the bus driver.

TGSRTC MD VC Sajjanar visited the injured driver and assured him of justice.
