A 25-year-old man in Sector 56 has been sentenced to ten years in prison for a narcotics case that occurred five years ago. The local court also fined the man, Kishan, Rs 1 lakh.
The police arrested Kishan on January 16, 2020, with 11 injections of buprenorphine. Each injection was 2 ml, which amounted to a commercial quantity. The police filed a challan against Kishan after completing the investigation.
