This agreement, spanning five years, is with an Israel-based semiconductor design company, marking a strategic collaboration in the realm of Edge AI chip development. The terms of the deal include revenue sharing for hardware design transfer and intellectual property rights, with the Israeli partner providing the core hardware architecture and reference design.
