The Government of Telangana, through its ITE&C Department, has launched an ambitious initiative known as the Digital Telangana program. This program is built on two main pillars: the supply side and the demand side.

On the supply side, the primary objective is to ensure that digital facilities are accessible to every individual in the state. On the demand side, the goal is to empower every person digitally, enabling them to effectively utilize the digital services available at their fingertips.

To achieve these objectives, several strategies have been implemented, including a digital literacy program that aims to teach one member from each household to become digitally literate.

PMGDISHA in Telangana

The Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan Scheme is designed to empower citizens in rural areas by providing training to operate computers and digital devices.
