Hyderabad's Khairatabad Bada Ganesh festival witnessed a huge surge in attendance this year. Over 900 individuals were apprehended by the Hyderabad police SHE Teams for misbehaving with devotees visiting the temple. More than 55 men were caught in the act of engaging in indecent behavior towards women in public places, as they were approached by the authorities. Most of the accused were counseled and given a strict warning, while some will be produced in court.
